- Voice Data (Sensitive Personal Information): When you enable real-time transcription, we process your audio stream in real time. This data is used solely for transcription and academic analysis. Unless you choose to save it to the cloud “Capsule,” audio streams will not be retained on our servers beyond the processing period.
- Document Materials: When you upload PPTs, PDFs, or screenshots, we collect the file content. These materials are used only for algorithm analysis, terminology weighting, and key point prediction. These files remain your private property, and we strictly process them within your authorization.
(3) Automatically Collected System and Security Information
- Log Data: Includes your IP address, browser type, request date/time, and interactions with the website.
- Usage Data: To optimize product performance (e.g., improving audio capture algorithms for specific learning environments), we collect your device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, time zone, and version information.
